Ошибки специалистов сестринского дела в онкологии

Одной из проблем современной системы здравоохранения являются ошибки в сестринском уходе. Это связано с тем, что сестринский процесс является многозадачным и включает в себя широкий спектр мероприятий от предоставления назначенных другими специалистами манипуляция до самостоятельного планирования, реализации и оценки эффективности ухода. Кроме того, при уходе за пациентами с онкологическими заболеваниями возникают нестандартные проблемы, которые могут способствовать риску совершения ошибки. Тем не менее, ошибкам в сестринском уходе уделяется недостаточно внимания, что влечет распространение данного явления в сестринской практике. В Казахстане ошибки в сестринской практике не рассматриваются как отдельная концепция.

В представленном литературном обзоре изучен феномен ошибок в сестринской практике для расширения понимания и улучшения процесса сестринского ухода за пациентами с онкологическими заболеваниями.

Поиск литературы осуществлялся в электронных базах данных, включая PubMed, PSNet, Google Scholar. В стратегии поиска использовались термины Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) «онкология», «медицинская сестра», «ошибка», «сестринское дело», «химиотерапия». Критериями включения были публикации, содержащие информацию о сестринских упущениях и/или ошибках на всех этапах лечебно-диагностического процесса, в том числе в онкологической практике.

Обзор позволил углубленно раскрыть и понять феномен сестринских ошибок в практическом здравоохранении, включая особенности клинической онкологии. Сестринская практика в онкологии не может быть безошибочной. Несмотря на это медицинским организациям стоит развивать анализ потенциала сбоев внутри и между системами, культуру соблюдения стандартов, медицинскую коммуникацию, систему сообщения и раскрытия об ошибках. Успешная стратегия по минимизации ошибок в клинической онкологии заключается в развитии осознанности в вопросах обеспечения безопасности пациентам среди специалистов по уходу.
