Применение хориоаллантоисной мембраны как экспериментальной модели для изучения маркеров рецептивности эндометрия

Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор статей, направленный на обобщение результатов исследований с использованием хориоллантоисной мембраны (САМ) для изучения маркеров и механизмов рецептивности эндометрия и ангиогенеза. Рассмотрение этих исследования в совокупности проясняет сложные регуляторные сети, участвующие в развитии сосудов и восприимчивости эндометрия. Понимание тонкостей ангиогенеза и восприимчивости эндометрия имеет решающее значение в репродуктивной медицине и лечении бесплодия. Хориоаллантоисная мембрана (CAM) и ее аналоги, ангиогенная модель, полученная из стромы (CAM), предлагают ценные платформы для таких исследований. Был проведен всесторонний поиск в базах данных научной литературы для выявления соответствующих исследований с использованием CAM. Исследования с использованием CAM позволили получить представление о маркерах восприимчивости эндометрия, пролив свет на структурные изменения, связанные с развитием сосудов. Аналогичным образом, исследования с использованием CAM позволили получить ценную информацию о пиноподиях и других маркерах, указывающих на восприимчивость эндометрия, что указывает на потенциальное клиническое применение в репродуктивной медицине. В совокупности эти исследования способствуют более глубокому пониманию клеточных и молекулярных механизмов регуляции эндометрия. Они подчеркивают роль различных факторов, включая факторы роста, цитокины и сигнальные пути, в индуцировании ангиогенеза эндометрия и модулировании его восприимчивости. Такие выводы могут послужить основой для разработки новых диагностических и терапевтических стратегий в репродуктивной медицине.
