Аннотация

Қазіргі уақытта қоршаған ортада эндокриндік жүйені бұзатын химиялық заттардың болуы экологиялық жүйелердің жұмысына және жеке адамдардың денсаулығына әсер ететін маңызды фактор болып табылады. Эндокриндік жүйені бұзатын химиялық заттар тұтыну өнімдерінің кең ауқымында болады және гормондардың жұмысын бұзады, бұл әсер еткен адамдарда өсу мен дамуға байланысты проблемаларды тудырады. Лакказа-құрамында мыс бар фермент, ол эндокриндік жүйені бұзатын химиялық заттардың ыдырау процесінде өзінің әлеуетін көрсетті.
