Аннотация
Мақалада COVID-19 пандемиясы кезінде медицина қызметкерлерінің кәсіби күйзелісінің ерекшеліктері қарастырылған. Жүргізілген шолу, COVID-19 пандемиясының қоғам үшін көптеген жағымсыз салдарларға ие бола отырып, халықтың физикалық, психикалық денсаулығы мен тұрақтылығына ғана кері әсер етіп қоймай, сонымен бірге созылмалы күйзеліс жағдайы барлық медицина қызметкерлері үшін ерекше сынаққа айнала отырып, жаңа форматтағы кәсіби күйзелістің дамуына әкелгенін және оның алдын алу шараларын анықтады.
