Аннотация

Шолуда рандомдалған сараптамаларды зерттеу, саркоидоздың таралуы мен дертке шалдығу мәселелеріне заманауи көзқарас көрсетілген. Саркоидоздың эпидемиологиясы мен оның клиникалық көріністері географиялық аймақтар, әртүрлі этникалық және жастық топтар, сонымен қатар жыныс бойынша қатты ерекшеленеді. Әлеуметтік статустың, кәсіби факторлардың, темекі шегудің, маусымдық өзгерістердің әсер етуіне баға берілген. Аурудың дамуына салмақ қосу мен семіздіктің, инфекциялық агенттердің әсерінің байланысы зерттелген. Геномдық зерттеулердің мәліметтері мен жанұялық саркоидоздың болуы сарапталған.
