Аннотация

Сүт безінің обыр ауруы әйел адамдар арасында онкопатологияның жалпы құрылымы бойынша екінші орынды құрайды және жаңа анықталған жағдайлардың жыл сайын көбеюімен сипатталады. Аса маңызды перспективті бағыттардың бірі пуриндік нуклеотидтер және олардың катаболизмдік интермедиаттарының ролін зерттеу болып табылады. Соңғы уақытта пуриндік метаболизм және обырдың үдеуі арасындағы өзара байланыс туралы белсенді талқылануда. Онкопатологияның үдеуінде және дамуында пурин катаболизмі өнімдерінің маңызды роль атқаратыны жөнінде болжам жасауға болады.
