Difficulties in the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases of the intestine

Abstract

Inflammatory bowel disease, in particular Crohn’s disease, is currently one of the most serious and actual problems in gastroenterology and coloproctology. This article presents a clinical case that demonstrates the difficulties and errors in the diagnosis of Crohn’s disease.
