Исследование химического состава бурового раствора и его токсичности на основе оценки среднесмертельных доз.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование химического состава бурового раствора и бурового шлама на металлы и неорганические оксиды проведено методом атомно-абсорбционной спектроскопии (AgilentAA240FS), а также с использованием атомно-эмиссионной спектроскопии. В эксперименте на половозрелых крысах-самцах установлена среднесмертельная доза бурового раствора при внутрибрюшинном однократном введении.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Результаты собственных исследований указывают на то обстоятельство, что буровой раствор и буровой шлам отличаются многообразностью химического состава, обусловленного наличием в них тяжелых металлов и неорганических оксидов. В буровом растворе найдены Pb и As, в буровом шламеAs, Ba, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn; P2O5, SiO2, CaO, Na2O, K2O. В остром опыте, в условиях однократного внутрибрюшинного введения бурового раствора, установлены летальные дозы (ЛД16, ЛД50, ЛД84, ЛД100), а также показатели выживаемости. Выявленные дозозависимые эффекты токсического действия бурового раствора, определяемые среднесмертельной дозой и соответствующей выживаемостью, свидетельствуют о потенциальной опасности бурового раствора и бурового шлама.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Буровой раствор и буровой шлам обладают определенной токсичностью и опасностью, которая во многом зависит от их химического состава, обусловленного наличием тяжелых металлов и неорганических оксидов. Установленные летальные дозы и показатели выживаемости свидетельствуют об умеренной токсичности бурового раствора.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Investigation of the chemical composition of drilling fluid and its toxicity based on the assessment of average lethal doses.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The chemical composition of drilling fluid and drilling mud for metals and inorganic oxides was studied by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AgilentAA240FS), as well as using atomic emission spectroscopy. In an experiment on mature male rats, the average lethal dose of drilling fluid was established with intraperitoneal single injection.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The results of our own research presented in this paper indicate that drilling fluid and drilling mud have a diverse chemical composition due to the presence of heavy metals and inorganic oxides in them. Pb and As are found in the drilling fluid, and As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn; P2O5, SiO2, CaO, Na2O, and K2O in the drilling mud. In acute experience, under conditions of a single intraperitoneal injection of drilling fluid, lethal doses (LD16, LD50, LD84, LD100), as well as survival rates, were established. The dose-dependent effects of the toxic effect of drilling fluid, determined by the average lethal dose and the corresponding survival rate, indicate the potential danger of drilling fluid and drilling mud.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Drilling fluid and drilling mud have a certain toxicity and danger, which largely depends on their chemical composition due to the presence of heavy metals and inorganic oxides.
