Для лечения использовалось отечественное средство на основе растительных компонентов – четырехкомпонентное полифитовое масло «Fitoleum® Масло для десен и зубов». В исследовании приняли участие 36 пациентов с диагнозом хронический катаральный гингивит, проходящих ортодонтическое лечение с использованием брекет-системы на протяжении от 6 до 18 мес. Все пациенты были разделены на две группы: основную группу (20 человек), применяющую четырехкомпонентное полифитовое масло, и контрольную группу (16 человек), получающую стандартное лечение.Оценка терапевтического эффекта проводилась на основании отсутствия жалоб на зуд и дискомфорт в деснах, а также по показателям индекса кровоточивости десневой борозды (SBI) по Мюлеманну и степени выраженности воспаления по папиллярно-маргинально-альвеолярному индексу (РМА). Измерения проводились на первый, третий и пятый дни исследования. Результаты показали, что положительная динамика клинических и индексных показателей была отмечена на пятый день использования четырехкомпонентного полифитового масла «Fitoleum® Масло для десен и зубов» у всех пациентов основной группы.Результаты применения полифитового масла «Fitoleum® Масло для десен и зубов» продемонстрировали высокую эффективность в лечении хронического катарального гингивита, развившегося в ходе ортодонтического лечения с использованием брекет-системы. Преимущества использования четырехкомпонентного полифитового масла включают в себя уменьшение воспалительных процессов, снижение уровня кровоточивости десен и улучшение общего состояния слизистой оболочки полости рта. Результаты подтверждают, что данный метод может быть рекомендован для широкого использования в клинической практике для пациентов, проходящих ортодонтическое лечение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study presents the results of research on the treatment of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in patients undergoing long-term orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances. A domestic product based on plant components, a four-component polyphyte oil «Fitoleum® Oil for Gums and Teeth», was used for treatment. The study involved 36 patients diagnosed with chronic catarrhal gingivitis who had been undergoing orthodontic treatment with bracket systems for six to eighteen months. All patients were divided into two groups: the main group (20 persons), using the four-component polyphyte oil, and the control group (16 persons), receiving standard treatment.The therapeutic effect was assessed based on the absence of complaints of itching and discomfort in the gums, as well as indicators of the sulcus bleeding index (SBI) according to Mühlemann and the degree of inflammation using the papillary-marginal-alveolar index (PMA). Measurements were taken on the first, third, and fifth days of the study. The results showed a positive dynamic in clinical and index indicators on the fifth day of using the four-component polyphyte oil «Fitoleum® Oil for Gums and Teeth» in all patients of the main group.Thus, the use of this oil demonstrated high effectiveness in treating chronic catarrhal gingivitis that developed during orthodontic treatment with bracket systems. The advantages of using the four-component polyphyte oil include reducing inflammatory processes, decreasing the level of gum bleeding, and improving the overall condition of the oral mucosa.
