Представлен литературный обзор о направлениях современной терапии рака шейки матки. При местнораспространенном опухолевом процессе применяется комбинированный подход, включающий в себя лучевую и химиотерапию. Данные литературы свидетельствуют о целесообразности совместного назначения лучевой терапии и химиотерапии у больных местно-распространенным раком шейки матки.

A literature review on current trends in the treatment of cervical cancer is presented. In locally advanced tumor process, a combined approach is applied, including radiation and chemotherapy. The literature suggests the feasibility of co-administering radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.
