Создание доступной среды для инклюзивного образования – это требование к учреждениям высшего профессионального образования.</p><p>В статье рассмотрены теоретические и практические аспекты кадрового обеспечения инклюзивного образования: рассмотрен процесс инклюзии как интегратора совершенствования социально-трудовых отношений в социальном контексте развития образования, нормативно – правовой аспект инклюзивного образования; система кадрового обеспечения инклюзивных процессов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At the moment, the main problem of education is the creation of conditions that guarantee the accessibility and quality of education for people with disabilities and the disabled.
