<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study aims to assess the investigations carried out to monitor respiratory function in lung pathologies. From this point of view, COPD is the focus exploration of the respiratory function. In addition to the theoretical data, the study brings together heterogeneous group performed spirometry, results of patients who have had symptoms and they were in the medical services for a period of time.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>болезни</kwd><kwd>этиопатогенетические механизмы</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>профилактика</kwd><kwd>скрининг</kwd><kwd>мониторинг</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>disease</kwd><kwd>ethiopathogenetic mechanisms</kwd><kwd>diagnosis</kwd><kwd>prevention</kwd><kwd>screening</kwd><kwd>monitoring</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Airflow limitation by the Global Lungs Initiative equations in a cohort of very old adults / E.
