У женщин с преэклампсией в последующем имеется повышенный риск развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Затронуты основные клинико-патогенитические механизмы, влияющие на возникновение преэклампсии. Основное внимание в работе акцентировано на характерных особенностях клинического течения, биохимическим предикторам преэклампсии sflt-1/PlGF, PAPP-A, особенности эхокардиографического проявления ПЭ и ее ассоциация с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями в отдаленном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents the results of an analysis of data from domestic and foreign literature about preeclampsia, which is one of the main causes of perinatal morbidity and mortality. Women with preeclampsia subsequently have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular complications. The main clinical and pathogenetic mechanisms affecting the occurrence of preeclampsia are considered.
