Заболеваемость КВИ во всем мире в период с 2019г. по 2021 г. Зарегистрирован свыше 250 млн. людей, отмечается тенденция к росту. В Казахстане выявленных случаев 980860 и более 12887 смертей в результате КВИ [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit9">9</xref>]. Всемирная организация здравоохранения 11 марта 2020 г. присвоила коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19) статус пандемии [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit48">48</xref>]. Для верификации диагноза коронавирусная инфекция COVID-19 в основном применяют лабораторные методы выявления РНК SARS-CoV-2, но широкому использованию методов лучевой диагностики, обзорной рентгенографии и компьютерной томографии, поспособствовала ведущее её проявление – поражение легочной ткани. Международные статистические показатели отражают влияние коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19, а именно её масштаб – пандемию, на структуру диагностических исследовании, а именно преобладание методов лучевой диагностики. Использование тех или иных методов заключается в опыте различных регионов, сильно отличающихся в зависимости от общественных норм и инструкций органов здравоохранения. Так приоритет КТ стоит в странах с широким использованием практики изоляции/госпитализации всех инфицированных пациентов при обстоятельствах, когда достоверность и доступность тестирования на COVID-19 ограничена, а сроки выполнения длительны (напр. Россия, Китай). По данным 50 отделений радиологии из 33 стран визуализация изменении в легких с предполагаемым инфицированием COVID-19 составляет 89%, при подтвержденном COVID-19 составляет 94%, при выраженных симптомах 100%, при критических состояниях 100% [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit48">48</xref>]. К тому же, данный вид исследования позволяет выявлять признаки вирусного поражения легочной ткани как при положительных, так и при отрицательных результатах полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), у пациентов с бессимптомным течением, проводить дифференциальную диагностику с другими заболеваниями, оценить тяжесть поражения и прогностически неблагоприятные признаки развития, эффективность проводимой терапии и наличие осложнений. Цель: проведение анализа научных статей и структурирование/систематизация данных об особенностях визуализации коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 методами лучевой диагностики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes the literature on the diagnosis of lung changes in coronavirus infection (CVI) COVID-19 by methods of radiation diagnostics. The incidence of coronavirus around the world in the period from 2019 to 2021 was registered over 250 million people, there is an upward trend. In Kazakhstan, the identified cases of 980860 and more than 12887 deaths as a result of coronavirus [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit9">9</xref>]. The World Health Organization assigned the status of a pandemic to the COVID-19 coronavirus infection on March 11, 2020 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit46">46</xref>]. To verify the diagnosis of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, laboratory methods for detecting SARS-CoV-2 RNA are mainly used. The widespread use of methods of radiation diagnostics plain radiography and computed tomography is facilitated by its leading manifestation - damage to the lung tissue. International statistical indicators reflect the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection, namely, its scale, a pandemic, on the structure of diagnostic studies, namely the predominance of radiation diagnostics methods. The use of this or that method lies in the experience of different regions, which differ greatly depending on social norms and the instructions of the health authorities. CT is a priority in countries by the widespread use of isolation / hospitalization of all infected patients in circumstances where the reliability and availability of testing for COVID- 19 is limited and the lead time is long (for example, Russia, China). According to 50 radiology departments from 33 countries, visualization of changes in the lungs with suspected COVID-19 infection is 89%, with confirmed COVID-19 it is 94%, with severe symptoms 100%, with critical conditions 100% [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit46">46</xref>].
