Повышение уровня сестринского образования, обеспечивает более высокий уровень теоретического и специализированного развития навыков. Основными элементами системы развития персонала являются приобретение опыта, обучение и наставничество.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the impact of mentoring on improving the professional skills of nursing staff.
