Инфекции мочеполовой системы (ИМС) относятся к числу наиболее широко распространенных заболеваний. Рациональное назначение лекарственных препаратов в современной клинической практике является сложной задачей, и от специалистов требуются соблюдение основных принципов и рекомендаций диагностики ИМС и четкое следование принятым алгоритмам лечения. Исследование практики назначений при ИМС позволит оценить качественные и количественные характеристики лечения и устранить выявленные недочеты. Все это в совокупности позволит значительно снизить рост резистентности уропатогенов.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are among the most common diseases. The rational prescribing of drugs in modern clinical practice is a difficult task, and specialists are required to comply with the basic principles and recommendations for diagnosing UTIs and strictly follow the accepted treatment algorithms. The study of the practice of prescribing for UTI will allow us to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of treatment and eliminate the identified shortcomings. All this together will significantly reduce the growth of resistance of uropathogens.
