Данный вид аритмии может иметь бессимптомное или субклиническое течение, что затрудняет его диагностику. С развитием современных устройств по мониторингу сердечного ритма стало возможным длительное наблюдение и документирование фибрилляции предсердий. Важным последствием обнаружения фибрилляции предсердий является назначение антикоагулянтной терапии для профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>About one third of ischemic strokes of undetermined etiology are due to atrial fibrillation. This type of arrhythmia can have an asymptomatic or subclinical course, which makes it difficult to diagnose. With the development of modern devices for monitoring heart rate, long-term monitoring and documentation of atrial fibrillation has become possible.
