В представленной статье описаны клинические проявления и особенности течения коронавирусной инфекции у детей, госпитализированных в Областную детскую больницу г. Караганды. Возраст детей составил от 6 мес. до 15 лет. Коронавирусная инфекция чаще диагностировалась у детей в возрасте до 2 лет, чем в старших возрастных группах. Заболевание в основном протекало в легкой и среднетяжелой форме. Синдром Кавасаки был диагностирован у 5 больных.

The article describes the clinical manifestations and features of the course of coronavirus infection in children hospitalized in the children's hospital in Karaganda. The ages of the hospitalized children ranged from 6 months to 15 years. CVI was more often diagnosed in children under the age of 2 years than in older age groups. The disease was mainly mild to moderate. Kawasaki syndrome was diagnosed in 5 patients.
