Снижение уровня кальцитриола является следствием хронической болезни почек и в то же время ускоряет ее прогрессирование. В статье представлены данные литературы и результаты собственного исследования по анализу взаимосвязи хронической болезни почек и обеспеченности витамином D детей от 1 до 17 лет. Определен уровень витамина D у детей с хронической болезнью почек разных стадий. В период с января по сентябрь 2020 г. обследованы 40 детей (16 мальчиков и 24 девочки). Возраст больных составлял от 1 до 17 лет включительно. В 62,5% случаев у детей с хронической болезнью почек выявлен дефицит витамина D. В 25% случаев отмечалась недостаточность витамина D. Распространенность дефицита витамина D коррелирует со снижением скорости клубочковой фильтрации. Определение уровня витамина D у детей с хронической болезнью почек является важным для своевременной коррекции и предотвращения дальнейшего прогрессирования хронической болезни почек. Вовремя начатая заместительная терапия улучшит качество жизни ребенка с хронической болезнью почек и предупредит развитие осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Deficiency of the active form of vitamin D calcitriol is determined in the early stages of chronic kidney disease and progresses as the glomerular filtration rate decreases due to a decrease in its synthesis in the proximal tubules. A decrease in calcitriol level is a consequence of chronic kidney disease and at the same time accelerates its progression. This article presents literature data and the results of our own research on the analysis of the relationship between chronic kidney disease and vitamin D provision in children from 1 to 17 years old. Objective was to establish the level of Vitamin D in children with different stages of chronic kidney disease. Between January 2020 and September 2020 we examined 40 children (16 boys and 24 girls). The patients' age ranged from 1 to 17 years inclusive. Vitamin D deficiency was found in 62.5% of children with chronic kidney disease. Vitamin D deficiency was noted in 25% of cases. The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency correlates with a decrease in glomerular filtration rate. Determination of vitamin D level in children with chronic kidney disease is important for timely correction and prevention of further progression of chronic kidney disease.
