В работе рассматриваются основные виды коморбидной патологии в совокупности с хронической болезнью почек. На основе анализа современной литературы выделены ключевые направления для дальнейших исследований. Полученные данные подчеркивают важность отдельного подхода к диагностике и лечению данного заболевания у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста с коморбидной патологией. Проведенный литературный обзор подчеркивает необходимость комплексного подхода к ведению пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста с коморбидной патологией, включая раннюю диагностику, тщательную оценку коморбидных состояний и своевременное начало лечения, направленного на замедление прогрессирования заболевания и улучшение качества жизни. В дальнейшем требуется проведение дополнительных исследований для более глубокого понимания механизмов взаимодействия хронической болезни почек с другими заболеваниями у пожилых пациентов, а также разработки новых подходов к диагностике и лечению. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review article is devoted to the analysis of current data on the problems of diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease in elderly and senile patients with comorbid pathologies. The work considers the main comorbid pathologies in combination with chronic kidney disease. Based on the analysis of modern literature, key areas for further research are identified. The data obtained emphasize the importance of a separate approach to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in elderly and senile patients with comorbid pathology.</p><p>The literature review highlights the need for an integrated approach to the management of elderly and senile patients with comorbid pathology, including early diagnosis, careful assessment of comorbid conditions, and timely initiation of treatment aimed at slowing the progression of the disease and improving quality of life.
