Определение вклада наставников на кафедре педиатрии и неонатологии в профессиональное развитие студентов-интернов 7 курса специальности «Общая медицина» по направлению подготовки «Общая врачебная практика».</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведена оценка работы 87 студентов-интернов специальности «Общая медицина» по направлению подготовки «Общая врачебная практика».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Наставник формулировал цель обучения, обязательно получал обратную связь с обучающими. Используя такую модель обучения, как менторство, наставник в соответствии со своей специализацией, соблюдая технику обучения, объяснял задания обучаемому, предварительно распределив его по шагам, задавал затем вопросы, чтобы удостовериться, что студент-интерн усвоил информацию. При передаче наставником своих знаний с акцентом на практическую деятельность лучше усваивались навык или информация, так как студент начинал самостоятельно выполнять навык, развивать мышление при нестандартных ситуациях.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наставничество как неоспоримый фактор формирования молодого специалиста во многом определяет качество подготовки, придает правильное направление профессиональному развитию будущего врача.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To identify the conditions that enhance the effectiveness of mentorship at the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology among seventh-year medical interns specializing in General Medicine within the training program of General Medical Practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. An assessment was conducted involving 87 medical interns majoring in General Medicine during General Medical Practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The mentor formulated the learning objectives and consistently obtained feedback from the trainees. Using the mentorship-based learning model, the mentor, in accordance with their specialization and adhering to proper teaching techniques, explained the tasks to the trainee, step by step and then asked questions to ensure that the intern had understood the material. When the mentor emphasized the practical aspects of knowledge transfer, the skills or information were assimilated more effectively, as the interns began to perform the procedures independently and developed critical thinking in nonstandard situations.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
