Проанализированы различные модели реабилитации в разных странах, их эффективность, экономические аспекты и влияние цифровых технологий на процесс восстановления.</p><p>Внедрение программ ускоренного восстановления (ERAS) позволило сократить среднюю длительность госпитализации в 2 раза без увеличения частоты осложнений, а вероятность повторной госпитализации снизилась более чем на 60%. Экономический анализ показал снижение общих затрат на лечение одного пациента на 4000 долларов с дополнительным приростом 0,08 QALY в Дании. Выявлена эффективность использования телемедицинских технологий и мобильных приложений в реабилитационном процессе. Сравнительный анализ национальных моделей показал, что скандинавская и британская модели демонстрируют наибольшую экономическую эффективность при сопоставимых функциональных результатах.</p><p>Современные подходы к ранней реабилитации после эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава, основанные на принципах ускоренного восстановления, мультидисциплинарном взаимодействии и стандартизации процессов, обеспечивают улучшение функциональных результатов при одновременном снижении затрат на лечение. Перспективы развития связаны с персонализацией реабилитационных программ и интеграцией цифровых технологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of modern organizational and methodological approaches to early rehabilitation after hip replacement was carried out.</p><p>A systematic literature review on the organization of early postoperative rehabilitation after hip joint arthroplasty was conducted. Various rehabilitation models in different countries, their effectiveness, economic aspects, and the impact of digital technologies on the recovery process were analyzed.</p><p>The implementation of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) programs has reduced the average length of hospitalization by 2 times without increasing the frequency of complications, while the probability of rehospitalization decreased by more than 60%. Economic analysis showed a reduction in total treatment costs per patient by $4,000 with an additional gain of 0.08 QALY in Denmark. The effectiveness of using telemedicine technologies and mobile applications in the rehabilitation process was revealed.
