Мониторинг удовлетворенности пациентов в системе первичной медико-санитарной помощи, учитывая высокую распространенность болезней системы кровообращения является крайне важным этапом внешней и внутренней оценки качества оказываемых услуг.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Разработка и валидация анкеты для оценки удовлетворенности пациентов амбулаторной медицинской помощью в системе первичной медико-санитарной помощи, а также выявление ключевых факторов, влияющих на уровень удовлетворенности.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Предлагаемая анкета была разработана на основе анализа более 100 международных источников и прошла многоэтапную валидацию, включая экспертную оценку 12 экспертами в области общественного здравоохранения и практической медицины. Оценка надежности была осуществлена с помощью коэффициента альфа Кронбаха для выявления значимых факторов удовлетворенности, проведен факторный анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Удовлетворенность пациентов напрямую влияет на приверженность лечению и, следовательно, на клинические исходы. Анкета продемонстрировала высокий уровень внутренней согласованности (α=0,89), проведенный факторный анализ подтвердил конструктную валидность представленного опросника. Анкета учитывает региональные особенности здравоохранения Казахстана и может использоваться для оптимизации работы мультидисциплинарных команд.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Разработанная анкета может стать важным инструментом для улучшения качества амбулаторной помощи и повышения удовлетворенности пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Monitoring patient satisfaction in the primary health care system, given the high prevalence of circulatory system diseases, is an extremely important stage in the external and internal assessment of the quality of services provided.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Development and validation of a questionnaire to assess patient satisfaction with outpatient medical care in the primary health care system, as well as identification of key factors affecting satisfaction levels.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The proposed questionnaire was developed based on the analysis of more than 100 international sources and has undergone multi-stage validation, including peer review by 12 experts in the field of public health and practical medicine. Reliability was assessed using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient to identify significant satisfaction factors, and a factor analysis was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Patient satisfaction directly affects treatment adherence and, consequently, clinical outcomes. The questionnaire demonstrated a high level of internal consistency (α=0.89), and the factor analysis confirmed the constructive validity of the questionnaire. The questionnaire takes into account the regional peculiarities of healthcare in Kazakhstan and can be used to optimize the work of multidisciplinary teams.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
