Провести анатомо-морфологический анализ наземных и подземных частей Iris scariosa L. и выявить диагностические  характеристики.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Объектом исследования были надземные и подземные части Iris scariosa Willd. ex Link, собранные в Центральном Казахстане (Карагандинская область) в мае – июле 2024 г. Идентификацию сырья проводили на базе кафедры ботаники биолого-географического факультета НАО «Карагандинский университет им. академика Е. А. Букетова». В ходе исследования были подготовлены поперечные срезы и поверхностные препараты как надземных, так и подземных органов растения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Результаты анализа позволили выявить характерные особенности строения органов Iris scariosa L., что является важным для понимания его биологии и потенциального использования в медицине. Кроме того, в ходе исследования были определены диагностические признаки, которые могут быть применены в фармакогнозии для идентификации и подтверждения подлинности растительного сырья.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Полученные данные о структуре листьев, цветков и корневищ имеют значительное значение для понимания биологии растения и его адаптации к условиям Центрального Казахстана. Результаты данного исследования могут служить основой для дальнейших работ по изучению биологических свойств Iris scariosa L. и его потенциального применения в медицине и фармацевтике.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Study of the anatomical and morphological analysis of the above-ground and underground parts of Iris scariosa L., as well as identification of diagnostic characteristics.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The object of the study were the above-ground and underground parts of Iris scariosa Willd. ex Link, collected in Central Kazakhstan (Karaganda region) in May-July 2024. The identification of raw materials was carried out at the Department of Botany of the Biological and Geographical Faculty of Buketov Karaganda University NC JSC. During the study, cross-sections and surface preparations of both above-ground and underground plant organs were prepared.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The results of the analysis allowed us to identify characteristic features of the structure of the organs of Iris scariosa L., which is important for understanding its biology and potential use in medicine. In addition, the study identified diagnostic features that can be used in pharmacognosy to identify and confirm the authenticity of plant materials.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The obtained data on the structure of leaves, flowers and rhizomes are of great importance for understanding the biology of the plant and its adaptation to the conditions of Central Kazakhstan.
